The Story of Woolooga
Nestled between the Kunguli Range & Devils Mountain exists the township of Woolooga, originally named ‘Walooga’ - meaning ‘smoke there’ as there was often fires surrounding the waterhole where Woolooga State School currently stands.
The Woolooga longyard is a 20 minute drive from Gympie out the wide bay highway towards Kilkivan
